"We had a wonderful stay in Nice, and this apartment made it even more special. It was bright, clean, and very comfortable — just like in the photos. The location was perfect — view from balcony was amazing, a short walk to the beach, shops nearby, comfortable connection with public transport in Nice. In the apparent we had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Owner Nicolas was very polite and always on the phone, when it was necessary. Highly recommend this place for visiting the French Riviera!"

"We are recently stayed at Promenade 219 in Nice, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The apartment is spacious, clean, and good decorated, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view of the sea from the balcony is simply breathtaking — perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The location is ideal, right on the famous Promenade des Anglais, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Nicolas was very welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. I would highly recommend Promenade 219 to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Nice. I would definitely love to come back!"

"The location was good for us in as much as it was a short tram or bus journey to Nice centre. Local amenities were good. Local shops were easy to reach in order to buy essential items for our stay."

"2 windows had modern shutters which worked well to keep out the light. However, 2 windows also had old fashioned wooden shutters which didn’t work well at keeping out the strong street lighting at night which made sleeping more difficult."

"We had an amazing vacation. The apartment itself was very pretty, with a gorgeous view of the sea! The rooms were spacious. The kitchen is attached to the living room, which I personally do not prefer, but the view from the living room more that made up for it. The tram station is only a few minutes walk, as is the bus stop. There is a grocery store, a pharmacy, a gas station, and a bakery very close to the location. We had everything we needed. The location could not have been better. I would recommend this place to anyone."

"While some basic supplies were provided, a couple more things would be very useful, such as a toilet paper roll. After a long journey it helps to be able to use the bathroom without needing to do a store run first :) The provided towels were freshly laundered, but a couple of them had stains on them and some of the pillowcases had some hairs on them. These were small inconveniences, but if the host takes care of these small things it would add to the overall experience!"

"Very good location with a grand view of the sea and the promenade and with a tram stop close to the building to swiftly move in any direction. What you see in the photos is what you get."

"We did not cook much but for those who would, there were no proper cooking knives available. Also, one of the bedrooms had no cupboard or wardrobe in it, neither was there one in the hallway so it was a bit uncomfortable to have the whole family keep their clothes in one cupboard in one of the bedrooms."

"The view was just like on the pictures, lots of sun. Everything was clean and washing machine came in handy. Really great location close to the beach and right next to the tram."
